Taking place at Lions Park, Eleebana NSW, Kevin Reiterer placed 1st in every race with his Kawasaki Jet Ski SX-R.

In attendance was a list of international riders that stretched far and wide, including riders from Austria, Cambodia and New Zealand, as well as riders from across Australia.

Newcastle Jet Ski Centre ran 3 Kawasaki Jet Ski SX-R race machines, competing in the Pro GP class, piloted by Kevin Reiterer #90, Tommy Aiken #37 and Matt Daley #14.

The racing consisted of a 4 moto format over two days to determine the overall winner, with timed 10 min plus 1 lap motos, where both riders and machines were required to show a high level of endurance and reliability.

Onlookers were entertained with back-to-back wins by world champion rider, Kevin Reiterer. Teammates, Tommy and Matt were 3rd and 4th respectively on the leader board after the first two motos, showing what the Kawasaki Jet Ski SX-R is capable of out of the box against other highly modified PWCs in the field.

With tougher weather conditions being presented the next day, the Kawasaki Newcastle Jet Ski Centre riders came out of the gates with average starts for race 3, however as the laps rolled on the cream raised to the top and Kevin took the victory while Tommy and Matt gained enough point too place them in overall podium contention.

The final race was hair raising as Kevin came from behind to take the lead on the second last lap and seal a perfect score and a win in each moto. Teammate, Tommy made it 2nd overall and Matt placed just shy of an overall podium thanks to their amazing riding capabilities.

Team Manager, Mark Perlowski said, “With the Kawasaki Jet Ski SX-R taking the overall win and podium places, its versatility and on-track capabilities have proven it to be the number one Jet Ski!”
