The Stacer 509 Easy Rider is a bowrider style boat. The dash has a clean look which makes each gauge easy to see at a glance and it looks sporty. The side pockets offer ample storage, are well finished with no bits and pieces sticking out where they shouldn’t.

The 509 Easy Rider is rated to carry 6 people maximum. Being a bowrider, there is room for two up front, two seats forward in the cockpit and a bench seat across the rear. There is an optional transom door as well as handles abound for the cockpit passenger, bow riders and passengers on the rear bench seat. The driver has the steering wheel so they will be happy.

The gunwale height is 61cm and provides good support when leaning over the sides when retrieving an inflatable or winding in the catch of a lifetime. Stability at rest is great, with two people on one side, there are no tense moments or noticeable tipping to one side.

Construction is of 3mm bottom and 2.5mm topsides, the 509 Easy Rider is as tough aluminium trailer boat. The hull features level floatation which is standard across most of the range. It allows the boat to remain level and upright with passengers and gear.

Maximum outboard capacity is rated at 115hp. Note that the 90hp will push this boat along well and is fast enough for a small family. Also, the handling of this combination is perfect.

You will be surprised at how quick this boat will move onto the plane. The cornering will grab your attention, even in choppy conditions. With the hull and a Mercury motor combination, you will slice through the chop easily. Corners are not a problem and you will be able to manage several turns across the chop at or close to full speed. The hull holds exceptionally well and doesn’t give a sign of skipping or jumping across changes in the water surface.

The Evo hull is well designed to provide a soft ride, stability and will keep you dry. This is due to the rolled side pressing running from the transom to the bow. This forms a distinctive curve in the bottom half of the hull side softening forward and is very effective at deflecting spray downward. Coupled with a Mercury Outboard it is an attractive combination indeed.

Options abound for the Stacer 509 Easy Rider. Talk to the experienced team here at North Coast Boating on how to customise your boat to suit your passion. Something to consider would be Transom mounted live bait tank and bait station if you like fishing or a ski pole if towing the kids or friends around.

The Stacer 509 Easy Rider is a neat package, ideal for a family looking to get into a comfortable boat without it being too much boat to handle or breaking the bank. The hull is sure and solid.  Combined with a 90hp Mercury outboard it will provide generous power for any situation.
